  • Billing Information: Credit card charges will appear under a neutral billing descriptor.

  • Return Address: Our return address does not display "Onahole Station" or any reference to adult products.

We currently offer domestic (Canada) and international shipping. Free Shipping is available for Canadian orders over $89 CAD.

3. ⏱️ Order Processing

  • Immediate Dispatch: We process orders daily to ensure the fastest possible shipment.

  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day (unless Same-Day delivery services are active).

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number (or a live tracking link for Same-Day local delivery).

4. ✈️ International Shipping & Customs

We ship to most international destinations permitted by regulations. We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, UniUni, and DHL.

  • Customs Declaration: Items are labeled as "Novelty Toys" or "Model Figures" to facilitate smooth clearance.

  • Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost.


5. ⚠️ Handling Delivery Issues

While we strive for perfection, unforeseen issues can happen. Here is how we handle them:

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address! Any additional fees (e.g., re-routing or return shipping) resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses will be charged to the customer.

Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to "Unclaimed", "Refused", or "Incorrect Address":

  • You may request a re-shipment (standard shipping fees apply).

  • You may request a refund (minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee).

Lost or "Delivered" but Missing

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it:
1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk.
2. Contact the courier (UPS, Canada Post, UniUni, DHL) immediately to open a claim.

Policy Note: Onahole Station cannot be held financially responsible for packages stolen or lost after the courier has confirmed delivery to the correct address. We recommend using a secure shipping location.

Q: Why didn’t my package arrive on time?

Delays usually happen due to weather or courier backlogs. Please use the provided tracking number to monitor real-time status.

Q: What happens if I’m not home?

Couriers may leave the package in a "safe spot" or with a neighbor. High-value orders (over $200) may require a signature. If missed, check your door for a delivery notice slip.
