8. Chargeback & Dispute Policy (Zero Tolerance)

We encourage customers to contact support@onaholestation.com to resolve any issues amicably.

Unjustified Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback dispute with your bank or PayPal without first contacting us, or filing a dispute for an order that was successfully delivered, is considered fraud. Such actions will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent account ban.

  • Blacklisting from future purchases.

  • Referral to debt collection agencies where applicable.
