This Premium series variant uses a high-compression straight-channel design — tighter and more direct than the standard Kikuchiyo edition — with soft TPE construction and a closed-end suction structure.

The standard Dohna Dohna onaholes use varied texture channels. The Kikuchiyo Premium uses a different approach: a straight, uniformly tight channel that creates consistent compression along the full length on every stroke. There's no single peak sensation zone — instead, the pressure is distributed evenly, making it a sustained-intensity design rather than a texture-first one. The closed-end structure adds suction response on withdrawal.
Kikuchiyo is a character from Dohna Dohna: Let's Do Bad Things Together (Alicesoft, 2020) — an adult strategy game that developed a significant following. TAMATOYS produced an official licensed onahole series for the main characters.
